Going alone, seemed a good idea at the time but getting nervous now.

Kids have grown up and doing thier own thing this year, partners a pipe and slipper stay at home fella. Love the whole skiing package so thought why not go alone. Booked into ski school so I'm sure I shall meet some great people. Going to Pamps as it was the first place we skied and I loved it. We went to Borovets the year after and the teens preferred it there, so not been back to Pamps since. Really looking forward to it but a bit nervous.

Hi Penslyn, when are you going and where are you staying in Pamporovo? I am sure that there will be others on this site going at the same time who you can meet up with.

Good for you! we went to pamps last year, and i was in a different ski school from hubby,i made lots of friends, even grouped together on nights out.You will be fine. This year hubby is working away for a year,so i am taking my 11yr old to Canada in 10 days time...nervous but CW

hiya, penslyn your going 23rd arn't you, were you staying , i'm going with hubby but don't don't mind meeting up with you.I'll be in a different ski group to him anyway.

Yep, going 23rd flying from gatwick, mind you haven't got the tickets yet. Just think a week with nobody but me to think about, should be heaven.

why dont you team up with Andie on here Penslyn .She lives just outside Pamps .Maybe you could give her a few ski tips.lol

Nigel, nice idea but unfortunately I won't be back to my BG home until 30th January. As for Penslyn giving me a few ski tips it would take more than that to get me up and running (or skiing) lol.
