Hi fellow Bulgarian lovers,

I'm going snowboarding with my friend next year to Bansko for the first time and I have a couple of questions if you could help me out please

1) Snow or the lack of snow.
I've looked at the recent webcams and there doesnt seem to be much snow if any at the lower levels. There does some to be some snow at higher levels but looking in the background in the distance I can see a lot of greenary.
Do you think there will be adequate snow in time for the near year?

2) What options are there for vegatarian food in Bansko? I dont mind consuming fish but certainly not meat. Any good restaurants?

3) Does anyone know of any wrestling/judo or mixed martial arts gyms in Bansko, in the unlikely case if there is little snow.

You should be ok in Bansko - the snow cannon coverage is good - what you've seen on the cams is cannon snow but they've only been running properly for a few of days as the temps have only recently dropped - as lok as it stays cold the cannons will make sure there is snow.... Also - there is snow forecast in the coming days - the general feeling seems to be that the winter has finally arrived - I would hold off with the worrying until later this week as it looks like everything will be a lot whiter by then
Bulgarians seem to be big meat-eters but most places I have eaten out there have been very accomodating so you should be ok - I'll leave it to others to reccommend.
