Golf Course in Pamps

I have seen and have a copy of the proposed golf course planned for the region above the village of Momchilovtsi [6km Pamporovo].Does anybody out there actually have anymore news on when it is due to start or if it has been momentarily posponed due to the financial climate ?
NOT an April fools.
