Hey all.. been to Borovets before but it was a while back...Wanted some suggestions on nice restaurants with good food and a nice vibe.

Bsst places i went too last year was Katies Steak House which is kinda opposite the samokov near chilli's and buzz bar had really good steaks, mixed grills etc. Also the black cat was good which is near franco's at the bottom of the nursery slopes similar sort of food with mixed grills and roast chickens. The last place i remeber being good i cant remeber its name it was Blue something? anyone tell me its proper name its near the black cat on the same street. Quite small place but the food ...

I would suggest Mam Sita's. Its on the main drag,neat the Samakov. They do great Mexican food which is a nice change from other places.They also have a live band who are amazing.If you want a gerat night out with good food and a good party atmosphere i suggest this place.Frankos does the best Pizzas if you like that sort of stuff.
Blue restraunt is also a great place to eat.Went there about 3 years ago for a familly meal,cant fault the place.Nice warm welcome on arrival!

Can recommend White Magic (see other posts), we have been to Borovets 3 years running and the welcome and food has been excellent on all three occasions. The Katys is also very good (bit more expensive) and the bar opposite the Rila bar is good too, although I think that the value for money and food quality at White Magic cannot be beaten.
One word of warning - there is a British-type bar opposite the Rila ski hire, near the exchange - White Lion?? Avoid this one as the prices seem ...

Francos pizza is great and for Hot Chocolates (with Baileys/Rum/Brandy) you cant beat the Ice Angels on the nursery slopes - good basic pizzas there too.
