Ugh - is it morning already... been awake since about 6.30am - the neighbours have got wind chimes in their garden and it's been rather windy overnight so it's been a tad noisy.
I've got a barmitzvah party to go to this evening - a 5pm reception so I've got to get everything done before that. I need to go into Lunn Poly and hand in my letter of complaint about the recent holiday - starting from when they changed the flights... I've got to go over to both my sisters - holiday presents for ...

Ugh - is it morning already... been awake since about 6.30am - the neighbours have got wind chimes in their garden and it's been rather windy overnight so it's been a tad noisy.
I've got a barmitzvah party to go to this evening - a 5pm reception so I've got to get everything done before that. I need to go into Lunn Poly and hand in my letter of complaint about the recent holiday - starting from when they changed the flights... I've got to go over to both my sisters - holiday presents for the nieces and nephews - especially since baby Jonathan owes me cuddles - he's only 3 months and he's so gorgeous.
I might try to get some sleep this afternoon cos we are not due to finish until 11pm tonight and I've got a big conference at work tomorrow - no chance of getting on the board tomorrow - not fair!!!

Judith a word of advice never complain to the agents you booked it with the letter will just be filed under B! When writing a complaint seek out the name of the MD of the tour company and write to him/her personaly. I done this after my recent trip to Turkey with cosmos and got a personal reply from the MD and a fully detailed letter addressing my complaint. They also gave me a £100 holiday voucher! Bonus. It is worth the extra effort to do this as it normaly gets a result.

I took it direct into the Manager of Lunn Poly - the letter then gets sent to head office. They have to acknowledge formally within 7 days and then they have 28 days for a full response. I have asked for monetary compensation.
Thankfully, in this case, Lunn Poly are completely behind me...

There's probably more, but the letter went to 3 pages.
I've booked with Crystal for Pamps next year but am already having reservations. The rep told me that they are changing to Plovdiv flights, Lunn Poly say I have to wait for this in writing - I've told them I don't want to go through the same next year as this - and I'd rather go to Borovets if they can't get their act together. Lunn Poly are going to ask if the booking can be changed without cost in light of what we already know.

Funny how the Veggie meals never happen when you book them! My other half is a reformed veggie(now eats meat!) but still likes to order a veggie meal on the plane. But they never appear and we always have to ask! 
to be told they have no booking for us! I would never go to the Perelik because of the bars underneath never had that prob in the Mourgavets thats where you are staying next year I think? I have booked with Inghams as they fly into Plovdiv and get there at a decent hour! Was ...
