Grand Arena Hotel

Hi My family and I are going to Bansko for 1 week on 15th March and staying at the Grand Arena. My kids are 5, 8 and 9, none of us have ever skiied before. Has anyone got any tips for us as beginners, and has anyone else ever stayed at this hotel, comments gratefully received.Thanx

I have heard nothing but glowing reports about this hotel and look forward to staying there.
There is a ski road all the way down and when conditions are good (which they are at the moment) this is a lovely run back down at the end of the day (ski to the door at the Kemp) and beginners can usually ...

Instructors often take groups down it as it is a nice run to practice/learn on.
I presume you have booked kindergarten and ski classes for your children?
