Is anyone familiar with this new building complex?
We have a appr 50 square meter new top floor apt with, belcony - and this is the first season we have it on the letting market. For this purpose we use a management company.
The stated estimated annual level of revenue from letting should be around 5% of purchase price, according to the seller (!?). Does anyone here have concrete exeprience of letting from the same area or building - as to how much we realistically should be ...

Does anyone here have concrete exeprience of letting from the same area or building - as to how much we realistically should be able to obtain in terms of revenue, and moreover, the best way to market the offer?
because all the developers promise that. Given the glut of apartments fewer people going to pamps etc i think its realy unlikely. look on rental websites and check availability and you will see very few with any bookings. maybe in a few years when and if the new perelik project and the road to greece etc are completed. Hopefully i am wrong but I wouldnt count on the income covering your mortgage if your lucky you will get enough to cover your maintenance payments etc
Mr Norway, I also have apt there and have managed to let it out for 3 days this year! That was using the manager instead of a letting agent.
Friend of mine has apt next door in Mon3 and makes VERY little profit from using a letting agent. The area has not long been completed and will take a year or two to become established. Obviously, that also depends whether the resort as a whole will get its arse in gear! At the moment the disadvantage are the taxis charging 20 lev to go into town which ...

IMHO the worry/risk of theft and vandalism far outweighs the amount of income gained. Sorry.
