Grand Montana Bansko

Thinking of this hotel. anyone have any info?
Distance to ski lifts?
Quality of service?
Family friendly?
Noise levels?
Also new to this area...so how much pocket change should I take initially for tipping etc, before I find ATM or money changer? Is it like Egypt, where I sneezed, they said bless you, and I had to tip for the courtesy? - By the way I LOVED Egypt....
All info greatly appreciated - have trawled the web, to no avail...maybe I am to be their first guest?!?

amdram . as nobody else has any interest or knowledge of grand montana hotel ... i will at least give you some info ..... i have just come back from egypt and bansko is nothing like .... to start there will be snow .. good service and very friendly people and trust me you will have a great time and will want to go back time and time again

Cool... Maybe I am their first guest!!!!
Crisp new sheets, New fluffy towels, firm beds and hopefully no annoying second hand smoke smells, from former roomies...
At this rate, I may never leave the room....
