I wanted to share with you my recent experience and delight from the excellent service I received from a Thomson rep, when staying in Bulgaria recently.
I have recently returned from the Bansko resort, staying in hotel Perun. On my departure, I left my engagement ring in the hotel safe and only realised my mistake when I had checked in at the airport for my return flight (3 hours away from the hotel). I wanted to share with you my recent experience and delight from the excellent service I received from a Thomson rep, when staying in Bulgaria recently.
I have recently returned from the Bansko resort, staying in hotel Perun. On my departure, I left my engagement ring in the hotel safe and only realised my mistake when I had checked in at the airport for my return flight (3 hours away from the hotel). I spoke to Terry Thompson who I believe was a rep for Thomson Holidays and explained what had happened.
He was very very helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that he got my engagement ring back to me in England, safe and sound.
As a result of this excellent service, I would definitely recommend Thomson holidays, and specifically the Bansko resort. I am also planning my next skiing holiday for 2008.
