Any advice anyone...........it seems to be getting worse and im off to pamps in 9 days.............i am walking like j wayne at the mo.....................please help i really want to enjoy the skiing but this does not look good, However i can walk fine, its only when i move my leg clockwise that its paifull or when i have been sitting for long periods or move it quickly other wise its fine heeeeeeeeeeeeeellllllllllllllllllllllllpppppppppppppppp.
From a serious point of view rest as much as possible!
After a few days start very gentle streches and exercises in the affected area this will pull the muscle back and prep it for any excess strain whilst it recovers!
ICE instead of heat is now reccomended for this type of injury!
