HELP! Bansko tourist numbers??

Hi guys, looking to buy in bansko, anyone got any ideas where I can find the potential number of tourist over next couple of years??

go over in december with a counting machine--stand by the gondola until end march and count---have u ever been before?

Difficult one this. The general consensus is if you want to buy for yourself and let out to friends and family then great. But don't buy to make a 12 month income cos its not going to happen.

wasn't there an article somewhere that Bansko are expecting 800,000 tourists this season?
Val is spot on. By in Bansko because you love the place and property prices might go up but not to make huge rental income.
