HELP Strazhite Hotel Bansko

Help needed please. Due to arrive Sunday but unable to make contact with the hotel by phone or fax. Polite recorderd message stating the numbers do not exist. If anyone out there can spare a few minutes to check out what has happened with their phones I would be very greatful.

I remember some people last year were trying to book directly with the Strazhite but were, after quite some time, told that the hotel only takes bookings from tour operators.
Not sure how much truth there is is in that but just thought that I would let you know.

Thanks Skibunny, have also been before and wanted to confirm type of room booked, appartment room with bedroom and lounge area with sofa beds. Left it too late to write, and the fax and phone numbers no longer in use. Any chance you have their current phone number on any hotel literature still in your lugage?

No sorry, have you tried being a bit cheeky and go into a travel agent and ask them if they know? it might be worth a go sb

Good idea SB, but he saga continues. Balkan Holidays eventualy gave me a phone number - same problem with message that phone number did not exist. Also a couple of friendy travel agents in Lincoln came back, but again same phone numbers. I hope nothing catastrophic has happened to the hotel ! ! !
