Anyone stayed at Hotel Mura, Bansko? We are going to Bansko on Sunday and Staying at the Mura, Half Board, any one else had evening meal there? Any comments would be appreciated.re: HOTEL MURA, BANSKO
Hi, stayed there last week. Evening meal was ok, but they have a godawful singing duo that makes you want to eat up & leave the restaurant as quickly as possible! The rooms were clean and staff were quite friendly, but they don't really get how room service works - the bar will bring stuff to your room, but will want paying immediately! Also, there are cards to hang on your door to request breakfast in your room, but they don't take any notice of them.... Hotel is about 10 - 15 min walk ...

Hotel is about 10 - 15 min walk on rubble that is supposed to be pavement to gondola, but the hotel runs a courtesy minibus about every half hour. Food is pretty cheap in Bansko, and if you choose to dine out of the hotel I can receommend the Fortuna Bar for excellent steaks and a good night. Enjoy.
