HI ALLCAN ANYONE TELL ME ABOUT THE HOTEL OLYMP CANT FIND ANY INFO ON THIS SITE, IS IT GOOD OR BAD???????

Hi RUSSELL ,The hotel OLYMP is a good hotel,clean comfortable, but for me its too far out of town.
You will have to pay about £3 each way into Borovets if you want the night life.

You are in for a real treat at the Olymp, stayed there 3 years ago and all in all the place was not that bad, unfortunately on the down side you can't eat the food in the restaurant. On the upside you can eat relatively easy in the resort, 10 minutes away, you can also eat the food if you purchase it from the cafe in the Olymp. The Hotel is fairly old and rather secluded, you can take your ski's home with you at night and ski down to the Gondola in the morning, as long as ...

I believe there is also a snow bus in the morning which will take you down to the resort, I only used it once.

Hey Russel the hotel is okay, only 5 to 10 minutes to the centre of Borovez if you walk, do not pay 3 pound s for a trip by taxi, normal will be 1 or 1,50 and this is much to expensive.The hotel got great sport possablities.

Hi Sune,I got my Lev and pounds mixed up, Yes £3 is too much to pay 3 lev is about right.

No pro Chiro,now the taxi drivers in Samokov change they're prices from summer 0,30 lev per km to 0,70 lev for the winter tourist season....
And the only distance in Borovez which is more than 2 km is these from the Malina village to the Jastrebez Hotel....
So make some good deals this year by the prices and next year the drivers may be charge you some less.
