Hello folks please bit of local knowledge if possiblecan anyone tell me what is happening with development
Hunters Castle in Bansko it seems i was silly enough to
put money into it and now all the relevant bodies seem
to have disappeard .Cheers

Just seen your post. I have posted something but have now managed to hit the correct buttons to email you. We are in a similar position and a lot of money out of pocket. The last information we formally received was in June/July when our solicitor asked for some more money to try to put a case together for compensation. I did email Elvistar who replied saying that the solicitor acting for the British had messed things up and that they were going to form some sort of consortium ...

To be perfectly honest we feel absolutely stupid, very annoyed with Dream Resorts who actually were the agents who got us involved with this and wished we had never heard of Hunters Castle. Yes the developers seem to have done a runner got the
British money ripped us off and left,welcome them with
open arms to UK.
I was sold the dream by Nico Borisov who seemed to make
a habit of making money in England and then squirmed his way
back to Bulgaria when things got bad or he got caught
Unsure what to do as good money after bad and donot wish
to waste any further funds in that flea tip of a country

This is the conclusion for others:When you are about to fly to a place and look to buy , don't leave your brain in the airport locker and throw the key!
