Half term

Hi
we were thinking of coming out to Bansko during half term week in Feb with some friends. One of our friends is a school teacher so this is the only week she can make. They are new to skiing and will probably do a learn to ski package. However what I really want to know is how busy it is at this time. If it's mayhem we may have to reconsider!

It is pretty busy, but its not a shadow on x-mas/new year, its cause half term is not the same all over europe but x-mas/new year is.

try to get up the mountain early to aviod the crowds at the bottom of the gondla that is the worst area.

I love the resort in bansko, but that week will be busy with long que's for gondla also it can suffer from lack of snow that late in the season if we don't have good snow fall!

feb isnt late in the seasons I was there March last year snow was fantastic, biggest prob will be the ques at the gondla the snow should be fine
