Has anyone had BALKAN ski school in Pamps???

Apparently there are some changes this year to the Balkan ski school meeting - we were in Pamps last year and we go on Feb 12th. last year, all the ski schools started from Malina. This year, I gather, it is different.
Where abouts is the Balkan ski hire / ski school meeting place?
Vicky has said on a recent posting that it is near the bottom of a 4 man chair, but I don't recall this, nor can I see it on the piste map.
Can anyone help? Do all the balkan ski schools start/end from ...

Hi TonyJSorry can't help but I am also concerned and a bit puzzled about this new arrangement, we are sking and boarding and it looks like our party will be split.
Can't imagine where this new depot is that everyone is talking about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the new ski depot no1 is at the base of the resort, where the old derelict chinese restaurant used to be. all balkan ski schools start from here, it's the other side of the resort to malina & unless you wish to ski on the road you cannot ski to it .
There is now a new 4 man chair to just above the mid station so you can ski strait to that ,(if it's repaired yet ) it was struck by lightening last week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So just look for buses marked ski depot no1.

the plus is that you can walk to it from resort, its downhill from the orpheus hotel, about a 10min walk from resort if you want to clear your head before you start.re: Has anyone had BALKAN ski school in Pamps???
Hi Bobcat,Yes, I remember the new 4 man chair from last year - it goes to the top from the mid station. Are you saying that the Balkan ski school goes from there?
If not, what lift goes up from the balkan ski school? The only lifts we went on from the base of the resort last year were the single and the triple chair lift, which both went from Malina.
Please help - I'm confused !!
