Has anyone sold any apartments this year

Im very curious if anyone has sold any apartments this year in any good complexes in bansko?
Also curious what sort of rental return the good apartments are acheiving? Are owners close to breaking even? Are they ever likely to break even?

I know little of the market here other than that it is very slow, prices are falling, and overall the town is quieter than last year.... take from this what you will

What i do know is that its an ill wind for some, but for others like ourselves a ray of sunshine, that allows us to purchase at a reasonable price a permanent home....

In Borovez I've seen some places like Sequaia or Royal Appartment which are in parts, or completly finished in building but no infrastructre is made for no entraces or refurbishment.
I think these complexes which will be not right in town and not yet sold will be in this situation for the next years....
