Have Samokov rooms been updated

I read somewhere that the Samokov rooms had been refurbished. Havnt been for 3 years. Anyone know if they have?

Some have, think they are working down the hotel, so the higher up you are the more likely youll have a refurbished room. (the baths still dont touch the walls and feel like they are going to collapse!)
