I don't know what these are like, however it looks similar to mine which I spent £140 on. To be honest I find I get better video footage by holding my camera or helmet cam. When it's stuck on your head it's pretty much pot luck what footage your going to get. Don't expect to much from them and you wont be disappointed. Getting back to your question for that money it's probably worth a punt.
