Help-Pamps?

Headin to Pamps on the 3rd of March.I have never been boarding in Bulgaria and not sure what to expect-have boarded in Canada, Austria and Andorra. Can anyone tell me if there is shops that sell snowboard gear in Pamps?
I hear the runs are pretty easy-is that true?-probably would'nt have booked Pamps except for friends of mine are going who have never boarded before. Anyone know what the Orlovetz hotel is like?
Really looking forward to going-roll on Saturday week,cheers

1 Yes The Snowshack at the Hotel Markony near ski depot.
2 Yes they are with a couple of more difficult ones
3 Very good in resort centre new last year.

Some good shops in centre beside perelik (probably spelt wrong) in Pamporovo. Not that cheap but good quality Though. Hope weather improves!!
