Help needed!

I was just wondering if anyone that is in touch with anyone in Pamps whether they could ask them the following for me?
* What are the laws about Child Car seats?
* Do they know any reliable Taxi companies that would be able to transfer 5 adults and 1 infant from the airport to Pamps? (I would much prefer the taxi to have a childs car seat if they have them in Bulgaria).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

think we are the only country to have car seat laws, my daughter goes to a school that has children from all over the world in it and they complain like mad that they dont have to use car seats back home!!!!!!!
