we cant find a flight from Newcastle or a company that fly to there, apparantly the school has a charter flight (no seats left!). Can anyone advise if i can get any flights North east To Grenoble, or if any company has holidays from the North East there!
(i only ask as we are coming to Borovets, as usual in January and the French website, who i would expect to know more than us lot!, have not given a single reply for the last hour!, not even , sorry mate no!) How unlike us civilised lot!
Any help appreciated, cheers (at this time of night!)
There is a Newcastle to Geneva flight with Easyjet and I think the transfer time to Valloire is around 3-4 hours although it was a few years ago so can't be sure.
Also did you consider Birmingham to either Geneva or Grenoble with Easyjet or Liverpool and Glasgow to Grenoble with Ryanair.
meant to say if its deff grenoble you have to fly to then you will have to travel south to stansted, luton or gatwick.. or as far as birmingham at least with flybe..
Check out the Grenoble Airport site that gives details of connections and flights for this winter.
But do not rule out Lyon airport which is only about 30 minutes further away than Grenoble airport. Grenoble airport is a long way outside Grenoble...but there are good connections with both airports.

newcastle to chambery return less than a £100 for march, chambery airport 100km from valloire and have ski transfer bus running to all resorts from airport..thinks its about 70 euro return..
grenoble airport miles away from grenoble which in turn is 130 km from valloire..
