Help with booking next year

Hi All, I need some advise for the best time to go to Pamps, I have been 7th Feb and snow was poor couldnt get near the bottom and then in 2010 we went on 28th Feb and the snow was great but no snow fall all week so it was starting to melt by then end of the week. we are also looking for some accomodation so please feel free to email me your prices and if you can offer transfers/lift prices etc.thanks

The way the season has gone over the past few years Josh I would recommend 1st week in March. But then the weather never is 100% reliable in Bulgaria any more.

Very very generally early Dec and early April will be light of snow & warmer, April actually very hot.
Also I'd say Mid to Late Jan to early March SHOULD be ok based upon those are the coldest times on average and therefore more chance of snow.
Now clearly it ma dump snow in Nov & Dec and then nothing until the last week of the season in April. But it is impossible to tell for sure it just increases the probability by selecting the average colder time frame then fingers crossed.

Note by booking early like now you pay a lot less than nearer the time that is why booking late you know the conditions andpay a premium for that security of conditions that you accept.
We have been skiing 3 times now in Bansko twice in April and once Feb Half term (UK half term).
Now April the year we went 2008 I think had a terrible season however the first day we were up the mountain it was dumping and nice empty slopes the instuctors all said you are so lucky this is the best snow all season, the second time we went in April it didnt snow during the day I think they relied on snow cannons it was quiet and icy in the shade.
This year we went Feb half term... it was luckily amazing snow dumped the week before we went then every day we were there - very lucky.
We book up long in advance. So far been lucky, but no way can you hand on heart say you'll be that lucky every year.

Gareth - mid to late January in Pamporovo has been poor for the past 3 years!. Not sure why you are recommending this time of year and you certainly cannot compare Pamporovo conditions to Bansko.re: Help with booking next year

Josh..why not give Bansko a try next season
