Hotel Edelweiss

Has anyone satyed at the Hotel Edelweiss?
If so what where the rooms and food like and was it easy to get to the slopes and he main pubs.

Nice, warm, clean, food as questionable as any other hotel and about a ten minute walk uphill to the resort. There are plenty of taxis or horse n carts to take you up for 10 lv

It's good. Very basic, but good. The rooms were clean, warm, and functional. I have to say that you get what you pay for.

The food wasn't bad either. A bit hit and miss (and often salty!), but some of it was very tasty! Considering how cheap it is to eat out it doesn't really matter.

The bar was brilliant, with very entertaining barstaff and excellent cocktails.

There are plenty of taxis and horse and carts outside the hotel all the time. Well worth the 10 levs when legs are a bit sore!!
