Yes, me.
Stayed at the hotel with my wife in Jan 2008 and liked it very much. From the point of us it was cosy and clean. Bar was good - cheap and happy hour. Meals, mostly bulgarian dishes were well done, hot and tasty. Every day they served two soups, four to five main dishes, deserts, fruits ... . The stuff was friendly. I would go there again (but this year we booked a family hotel in Samokov). Enjoy your holiday.

ive been to borovets a number of times and id honestly say the ela has been my favourite hotel to say in.. i couldnt actually fault the place, even the grumpy looking kitchen staff that whip your stuff away as soon as you put your fork down...they werent actually grumpy, just looked it...if you make an effort with them they are very friendly and quite funny.. i went out a couple of nights with the people that run the bar...funny as!! not sure whether maria is working there this year...lovely ...
