Booked this hotel for a week from 19th January. 4th time to Borovets, usually stay at the Rila, but fancied a change this year. There have been some pretty awful revews on the Ela and I'm now wondering if we've done the right thing. Can anyone make feel better about it? I have heard it has had a refurb this year is this true or did it just have new windows put in? Beginning to wish we'd stayed with the Rila. I also read that the Ela don't allow you to store your own skis/boards, what do you ...
