Hey Cait,

send me an email and I will send you some pics from the hotel. I stay there twice in the last year it is clean and warm, not only basic, there are much poorer ones. Great staff. Near by the gondola and the best bank inside, better before the door.

Iam going there on the 14th, if ur not going till after then, will let u know what it's like when I get back.

Was in Borovets 4 weeks ago was great fun and the Ela is in the centre, which is perfect.
