Hotel Mura

Had booked hotel Ella via Inghams in their early bird brochure but have now been told they are not using this hotel for this season and have offered us the hotel Mura. I know where the hotel is in the resort but can anyone tell me if they have stayed there and what it is like . They have offered us a further discount as I have already paid my deposit but dont want to go to the hotel if it is not OK

Our friends stayed there last year. It was a nice hotel with a cosy bar and good food. I would stay there. I usually book the Iglika Hotel but Mura was nicer. Iglika is just a better location and better bar that's all.

We stayed in the Moura during New Year and it was a really nice hotel, good food and friendly staff. If theyre going to offer it to you at a reduced rate then bite their arm off as its probably a better standard that the Ela (Ela is 2 and Moura is 3) .

In the same position as you, dbut. Mura does look a bit better than Ela from web reviews and pictures. They have not offered us discount though- what sort of discount did they offer you?

they are twins mate.
just opposite one another.
built the same time(early 80s) by the same company.Ela is 50-100 metters closer to Gondola- that is the only difference.The rest is fotos and different way of presenting the reality(or trying not to present everything)

Got the discount as the Mura is cheaper anyway and my travel agent gave us some extra which I think she negotiated as we have gone with them and Inghams for the past 8 years. In total it came to £60,

Not yet. Going in on saturday to try and sort something. Is weds 23rd or sat 27th Feb OK with you.
