Hello there,
Staying in Hotel Orpheus in Pamporovo in a couple of weeks. Anyone been there? What's it like.
I'm guessing it's probably not one of the plushest hotels in the area coz it was pretty god damn cheep!

Its basic, but comfortable and relaxed and always clean and warm. The staff are great - really nice, so make the effort to ask and get to know their names and you will be like family. There are TV's in the rooms and good hot showers. Restaurant is Ok, food is as per ...

At least three good places for a drink, the upstairs bar, with pool table etc, music (requests always granted) and dirt cheap drinks and happy hours; downstairs coffee bar for snacks and drinks anytime; and the basement taverna for food and fun.

Oh, PS find out if Sonya is still there- she was one of the waitresses - long dark hair, quite quiet (when sober....). Her birthday is around the time you will be there - end Jan, so say hello and HB from Dave (Mr Speedy), Paul, Wayne and the gang if you remember.There is no swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, business centre etc, but it still a fine place, lots of fond memories for me.
