Hotel Orphey?

Hi folks,Leaving for snowy Bansko tomorrow 23 Dec. Balkan Holidays have just changed our hotel to the Orphey from the Guinness that apparently has no road access yet. Has anyone stayed at the Orphey? Any replies much appreciated.

Hi Jim - stayed there in Feb last ....not bad at all my son. We had a corner room and it was absolutely VAST ....more like a suite! At first you will think (based on the initial coach journey) that you are miles out of the town BUT once you get your bearings, it's just a short stroll up to town and you might even fancy the walk to the lift if you don't want to wait for the skibus....takes about 20 minutes.
Food is OKAY - nowt flash but get a good breakfast down yer and you'll be set for the ...
