pamporovo is amazing,
best atmosphere ever, easy to navigate yourself around the slopes.
i didn't like the ski school but that's just me and everyone else loved it don't cue long for lifts. green runs very busy red, blue and black your mainly on your own and this was last year the same time. you really need some snow though. i am aslo going to borovets on saturday.
don't know anything about the hotel as i have not stayed there but you won't spend much time in the hotel anyway

Have only really heard positive comments about the Prespa. Hope they are right as we will be there on Sunday. Hopefully looks like we should have some snow before we arrive.
Returned from hotel prespa yesterday. Lovely and clean, beautiful lobby bar, food not up to much, but so cheap to eat out it doesn't matter too much. ski school excellent, taught 4 of us to get down the green run on not much snow, with no injuries! Ross was our instructor, very nice man. we all want to go back next year
