Hotel Rila

Stayin in the Rila for 1 week on the 5th Feb. If you have stayed there would you recommend a safety deposit box for passports, money etc??

I think Deb you should always use a safety deposit box for these items no matter where you are in the world. Better to be safe than sorry.

they charge 35 lev for 1 week its about 11 pound, i'd go for it

On no account lose the receipt that that they print out when you pay for your deposit box, as when you take your key back at end of holiday they will want it as proof that you have paid, because their computer will say that you haven't paid!!! Why reception can't put on the computer that you have paid is beyond me....
