Hi, I am going to stay at the Hotel Rozhen next March with my wife and two boys 15 and14. Has anyone stayed there, what's it like? Also what is the snow like there in March.? We went to Borovets last Jan and Pamporovo the year before, we preferred Pomporovo.re: Hotel Rozhen
Had a quick look in last season,it reminded me of a poor hostal.
One of the guys in my ski class ( a bit of an ecentric) stayed there and said that it was not good but ...............they had lap dances on after the evening meal !!!!??
The question has to be is:-if it is as bad as some of the other comments suggest then Why and HOW have Balkan Holidays being able to include it in their brochure year on year??
Surely there must have been some complaints ?
Or do Balkan think cheap ...

I stayed in the Hotel Rozhen last year. Its Ok, but basic. A four star hotel its not, but the hotel and rooms are clean and tidy. Theres a nice little bar, large dinning hall and a nightclub downstairs (but you wont hear it in your room). But dont forget you can go into any of the other hotels bars.
The food is basic but ok, bit like school diners (but no worse than the other hotels). Breakfast is buffet style - tea, coffee, toast, cereal, eggs etc. If you fancey some nicer food, ...

The point is though, its cheap.I 'd stay there again if went back to Pamprovo (im going to Borovets this year).

The point is though, its cheap.I 'd stay there again if went back to Pamprovo (im going to Borovets this year).
