Just got back on the site-The ski season is getting closer.
I would like to make a point about something that gave me cause for concern last season.
Last year when I was in the Snezhanka Hotel a young lad got injured when the internal door swung open (the door closer wasn't connected properly). The glass smashed and he got badly hurt.

I feel it is important that guests are aware of this. It may not be a problem for adults but kids tend to run up and down corridors and parents need to advise them of the danger.
The glass needs changed in the doors! It may already have been changed, but it's unlikely. Maybe someone with influence out there can check it out.
Otherwise it's a great hotel, great staff, warm, clean and comfortable.
I'll be back again in January. This is not a complaint just giving advice!
Hope it's a great season ahead. Remember, Keep safe, Ski Safe!
