Quick Suggestion give the Hotel Zodiac in Borovets a wide berth.
We booked with Crystal was horrified on arrival to find only us from Crystal in the Hotel the only other people during the whole week was another 5 from Balkan.
Alarms should have been ringing on arrival but give it the benefit of doubt.
Should have been asked to be moved straight away as the service and food showed.
No choice of food evening meal consisted of three plated up meals which were numbered one to three you ...

No choice of food evening meal consisted of three plated up meals which were numbered one to three you choose a number and have 2 mins it appeared from the microwave breakfast was even worse a plate of cold cheese and cucumber was thrust under your nose no cereal or toast when questioned the staff amazingly could not speak english!!
Could not wait to get out it was lifeless and had no holiday spirit my advise ask for a change if you are going to the Hotel Zodiac

wow...i stayed there a couple of years ago and it was great, apart from the walk into town. but the hotel was rammed full at the time.did you choose the hotel or was it last minute??

I too stayed there 3 years ago and it was a fab place...Spent 16 days in Feb this year and the hotel had clearly gone downhill.. Poor service.. ignorant staff.. terrible food.... very disappointed...
