Hi LeeIt's in Borovets. Balkan Holidays website say it 1.5km's away from the Gondola.

Hi Fez not sure about that one mate but as a guide for Bulgaria anything that is rated 3* or below will be very basic much more so than your typical western hotel. But it should be clean and warm so if you are just after a place to crash it should be ok. If you want something a little better then look for newer build hotels or 4* and above.re: Hotel Zodiac
Ok cheers Daniel.Yeah it is more or less just somewhere to crash, and the price we have paid i ain't expecting to much.
Was pleasantly surprised at the standard of the two 3stars i stayed in at SB this year.

I know the hotel, so lord thanks the germans.
It is a 4 star hotel, with a really good quality some spa activities, but one problem 1,5 km is a laugh, may be 2,5 to 3 km are right it is a 30 min walk to the centre and I'm a really good walker, only in Borovez for deep snow hiking.
So if you have a good ski bus okay. But night life is a problem , because you need anytime a taxi charges you minimum 10 lev, better 15 or you have to walk in the dark, without ...
