Hotel yanakiev

Hi all, anybody know what's going on with the yanakiev? We just got a call from crystal to say the booking we made for feb half term is now cancelled - it's not clear, either the yanakiev don't want to use crystal or crystal don't want to use the yanakiev (I guess it could be something else)

currently trying to find something else....

Hi There, I have booked with Inghams and travelling just after halft term on 20th Feb for 1 week. I haven't had my holiday cancelled so it might be worth checking with Crystal to see why.
When I added my partner and his son onto my holiday in Septemer I was then told that they could not take anymore bookings as the hotel is fully booked

Thanks Jo,
We've done some digging (still waiting formal response from Crystal though) It looks like although Crystal were marketing the yanakiev in their preview brochures they never got a contract sorted
Still planning to get out to Boro that week though... and it good to see some white stuff on the webcams

Sorry to hear that - I remember seeing it advertised on the Crystal brochure and nearly booking it with them! they are out of order taking bookings in that way. Hope you get a decent place to stay.
