10. Overall. 3. I really liked the resort and the staff but cannot give a higher score due to poor snow which is a shame as I appreciate that is no one's fault.

Just read down through the results and interested to see so many positive comments given the amount of negativity on the board at times - this is good. Also note most replies are from Pamps so perhaps people going to Pamps feel more strongly about listing their views as I know plenty have been to Boro and Bansko...???

PP - just one comment - you say you will leave it until about 50 replies or until responses dry up. I think until responses dry up is better as remember we are still only in early February - there is another 7 weeks at least left of the season and to get a true picture I think the survey results should be when the season is complete. It is nice to see that early season/poor snow in Pamps has still generated positive replies but a true fair picture would be to cover the season as a whole - would it not?

I would reply to the survey - but don't go for another 3 weeks.
