Hotels in Bansko - eg Pirin??!!

I have booked two rooms in the Pirin Hotel, but recently I recived an email from the Pirin Hotel saying that they might not be able to accomadate me and my family. I have already payed for this hotel and I wondering whether anyone knew of law or anything that could stop the Pirin doing this us??!! I would be gratefull for any suggestions or advice. Thanks
