Hello all,
I need some assistance, we are a party of four who have our flights booked for March to Bansko for skiiing, but no accomodation yet.
My problem is, I cannot find phone numbers anywhere for hotels. Is this normal?
I've seen the Mountain Paradise hotel, as this has a two room apartment available which would be ideal, but it doesn't state that both bedrooms have double beds for adults. I would hate us to turn up and find the second room has bunk beds or something.

Any suggestions for putting up 4 adults in the same accomodation also accepted.

Hotel Julia has double beds, its very simple but clean and the staff are great - its got a website with number on it, it is more like a UK B & B but cheap and cheerful - they take you to the slopes in their van but its only about 5 minute walk into the centre so quite handy for everythingre: Hotels in Bansko
We stayed in mountain paradise only a couple of weeks ago in a 2 bedroom apartment, each bedroom has twin single beds (no bunk beds) with on suite facicilieties.the hotel was beautifull in walking distance to bansko town with a shuttle bus to the gondola lifts.
excellent place to stay.
staff very helpfull.
we arrived at 5.30am 3 hours late but stafff were still waiting for us.

Cheers Ben, thats really good to know. How did you book it, online? If so, what site did you use. There seem to be so many sites offering bookings for Mountain Paradise, and they all want your credit card details.What were the facilities like at MP?

We booked the apartments through balkan holidays and we were the first people to stay there through them because its brand new. The facilities there are excelent however they do charge you for the use of the swimming pool and gym however it doesnt cost much at all However at the moment as with all of bansko there are new buildings going up but there was no noise from this.all the staff were excelent and speak good english.
