What happens after you arrive at the airport in Sofia, when do you get your lift passes, equipement, lesson passes etc?

Is someone able to give me a brief step by step 'what happens when with Balkan' post?

Thanks guys, any useful info on first timers in Bansko with Balkan would be great.

re: How does it work with Balkan

OK here goes my experience:-

1) Landed at Sofia
2) Que for passport control
3) Go to baggage reclaim and wait for an hour before getting bags
4) Met rep in arrivals lounge
5) Rep pointed coach out
6) Coach heads for resort
7) Refreshing change this one - instead of coach driver saying no Booze on the coach he was selling Booze for £1 a can (good stuff too).
Cool Lift passes, equipment hire and lesson vouchers given out on coach. Told where to meet the following morning ...

re: How does it work with Balkan

Hi I am glad you asked that because we are off with Balkan too but they never answer any email questions. We are taking 6 kids and 2 adults who have never been skiing before and I dont want to waste half a day sorting these things out.
