How much money

Afternoon all
Having spent Saturday at the snowdome (back with skis on after 17 year break) and last night in the local with the other family discussing our trip to Borovets over Christmas, we could not agree on how much spending money we would need. Can anyone give us any idea, we are half board and all lessons, lift passes and skis are booked there are 2 adults and 2 children in each family.

Many Thanks
Will

re: How much money

Been in bulgaria for the last two years.

in my opinion £200 will go a long way in terms of food and drink. In fact you will hardly spend that. Factor in the children and clothes etc maybe a little more.
2 adults and 2 children per family shouldnt go through £600. but then again depends on how you want to spend your money. There is a hell of a lot of drink and food in £200

re: How much money

We have 2 kids (14 + 13) and last year spent about £400 on a similar holiday. 6 days lunches on the slopes, ate out 3 or 4 times in the evening (approx £40 for all of us, 3 cse meal, beer, wine, softs for kids) and lots of time in the Lobby Bar of the Hotel Ela. Oh yeah, and all the fake Oakley's, stupid hats, fleece balaclava's, prezzies for friends etc.

In my opinion, take a little cash so that you have some in your wallet when you arrive, then get the rest from the ATM's in the town. ...

Hope this helps, enjoy!! Booze
