the last time I was skiing in Borovets was 1990. We stayed in the Rila. Beer was about 8p & champagne about £1.50 a bottle (hotel prices).
I am going back there on 12th Jan 08 for a week.
Obviously prices have gone up - but by how much? Can anyone tell me how much I should expect to pay for beer in a hotel or out in a bar? Also, has anyone any good tips for places to eat & drink outside the hotel? I am just trying to work out a rough spending money budget ...

We were half board, but with drinks during the day & of an evening, plus lunch on the slopes everyday and the odd meal out, I managed to get through about £200.00 in a week.
I’ve also posted some pictures from previous years on my web site, which can be found here…
