How to get to top station of Todorka

Hi,

I know the lifts to Todorka peak is closed but I see some people up there on the webcams anyway. How do they get there? Do they walk or is it possible to pay for a ski-doo to drive you up there?

people were walking up there . takes about 40 mins apparently .

There are some tracks from what looks like a quad also though, know anything about that? Perhaps it's just for the lift employees.
