I'm at the Perun NOW!

Wow!

What a week I've had and it's not yet over! I met Crazy Lady on my first night and she was extremely helpful and provided me lots of very useful information and interesting hints and tips... e.g. don't be surprised if your starter and main course come together or even the wrong way round! The hotel is beautiful and the staff, apart from language barriers, are happy to help. I haven't eaten an evening meal in the restaurant here but the breakfast is adequate... there are some strange-looking things that I haven't sampled yet but there's cereal, yoghurt, toast, pancakes. One thing I would suggest is, if you're fussy about tea, bring your own. There's a hot warter boiler in the restaurant you can use.

I must make a suggestion to anyone coming to the Perun... try the outdoor pool - it's fantastic!

I can't write anymore or I won't stop. I promise to write a better report upon my return.
