Me and my girlfriend stayed at the moura march last year, The food is not up to british standards in the hotel but saying that its the same at all the places that we have been to in Bulgaria we went to pamporova for the new year and it was just the same food wise, but the foods better and its pretty cheap to buy food while your out. The hotel is in a great location for the lifts but thats the only good point about the hotel not sure about the rest of the rooms but in our room the bed sheets were nailed to the bed frame and one of the sheets had blood on it we complained but they didnt seem to concerned about this .the sockets were kicked into the wall and the sink was cracked and the toilet flooded twice (first floor room). Bit of a craphole really. But apart from the hotel Borovets is an amazing place for the snow boarding and to ski were going on the 19th nxt month.
