I don't understand?

It states in my travel broucher that Bansko have 40% of their runs covered by snow cannons. If this is true way is it only saying 3 out of 24 runs open on the snow report on this sight?

the cannons only work at a certain temp also dont know where the 40% are didnt see that meany when I was out there.

They only class the bottom runs as needing cover as the top runs nearly always have some amount of snow. So I would say they nearly cover 40% of the bottom runs Question
