Been going to Borovets for many years now, with a variety of companies, and this year its Airtours. Apart from the fact that the tickets are STILL to arrive we now find out that the little darlings have pulled a fast one, and not booked the ski packages. As its only a week to go they cant possibly manage to sort this out, despite the fact that i can communicate with a friend on the slopes in an instant, but we can buy them on the bus!!!! and no they cant confirm that they will be the same ...

The word Bas****s springs to mind, i think ill just bend over now and let them insert the broom!!................................

Was the ski pack not on your invoice?If it was, then it is their problem, get them to sort it out!

Invoice only recently came through and i didnt pick it up, it was only when my c card bill came through that i realised it wasnt enough, and the chap i booked it with is away skiing!! so they couldnt check with him, very convenient eh!!!!!!!!!re: I dont adam and eve it
Also going with asstours.I recived my tickets the other days and i notice i have no meals on the plane !!

Hmm my invoice doesnt state the package and I rung and checked with my broker and they said, yep you've got it all included...think i will double check what it says tonight

What is happening to the industry??For them to say it is too late is tosh.
1. All they need to do is take your money.
2. Telex the details to the rep in the resort.
3. The rep in resort to arrange your pack.
These days they just can't be asses.
I can get a car delivered from the other side of the world in 8 days, but they can't arrange a ski pack.
Good job they don't work for me!!!!
