Nightmare journey yesterday. Manchester to Plovdiv – ended up Manchester to Burgas. Arrived 21.30 and waited 4 hours for the Balkan Holiday coach to turn up only to be told by the rep that as I booked “flight only” I could not get a ride on their bus to Pamporovo – let us say I was not best pleased. What a crap company they are – crap reps and even worse service. Accept the diversion was not their fault but you would think they would sort diversion problems. Friend came to pick me up ...

Friend came to pick me up and got to Pamps 8.30 this Morning – Snow is great (compared to last year) not enough yet but well skiable. More snow on the way - apparently

Sorry mate but flight only is flight only...But they should have provided transport to plovdiv....Tiger
